If the Dispute cannot be resolved under Clause 33 of this Agreement, any Dispute shall be finally settled by arbitration administered by the Vietnam International Arbitration Center (“VIAC”) in accordance with the VIAC Arbitration Rules, and the language of the arbitration shall be English.
