When the problem occurs, the client performs the following steps:
Step 1: Immediately notify Hotline Customer Service Center 1900 55 88 99 (printed on your Insurance Certificate) to notify the initial accident, the information provided includes:
- The name of the person who reported the accident
- The license plate, the name of the vehicle owner, the insurance certificate number
- Time, location, progress of the accident
In addition, customers need to take all remedial measures, limit bodily injury and property damage, protect the scene; and at the same time notify the nearest police station or local government (except for force majeure).
Step 2: Agree to select and bring the car to the nearest repaired workshop: Bao Viet has a 24/7 rescue system towing damaged vehicle to the repaired garage (workshop); Customers can designate repairing garage if choosing Repair at genuine authorized garage insurance option (Appendix No.02 BVVC) or take the car to the repaired garage (workshop) affiliated with Bao Viet Insurance.
Step 3: Complete the procedure and receive the car
