Scope of the insurance
1. All sums which the Insured becomes legally liable to pay as compensation in respect of
- accidental bodily injury to or illness of any person,
- accidental loss of or damage to property
caused by any commodity or goods manufactured, sold, supplied installed, erected, repaired, altered, distribute or treated by Insured in connection with the business carried on by the Insured and occurring during the period of insurance and within the territorial limits stated in the Insurance Certificate/Schedule or Contract;
2. All legal costs and expenses of litigation incurred with the written consent of Bao Viet
