Bao Viet Insurance Corporation (“Bao Viet”) and HSBC Vietnam (“HSBC”) would like to express our sincere gratitude to our valued customers for their continuous trust and support in using our products and services.
In accordance with the new regulations on insurance business, which require product updates to enhance customer benefits, effective from July 1, 2025, HSBC will temporarily suspend the distribution of certain Bao Viet insurance products, including:

• Medical Care Insurance
• Personal Safety Insurance
• Travel Care Insurance

For contracts that customers have entered into and are effective before July 1, 2025, all benefits will remain unchanged as stated in the issued certificates.

Additionally, renewal customers may enroll in Bao Viet equivalent insurance products to get the continuous cover.

Regarding the upgrade of the above insurance programs, HSBC will update related information of the new version and make them available for sale again on HSBC’s website as soon as possible.

In the meantime, customers who wish to purchase any of the above products can leave their information at the link below and Bao Viet will contact to provide detailed information and advise the most suitable product offerings.
