The eSIM starts charging data packages from the day it is installed and activated in the phone. Customers should install the eSIM on or 1 day before departure.
- Step 1: Scan the QR code in the email/sms attachment link and follow the instructions
- Step 2: Select the newly added eSim as the sim that uses mobile data (Settings > Mobile > Mobile data > Select eSim)
- Step 3: Important: Both Data and Data Roaming need to be enabled for the eSim to work.
