With a network of rescue centers in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Phu Tho, Nghe An, and many other locations, Bao Viet is committed to providing quick, timely, and professional support wherever you are.

Free roadside assistance coverage

Passenger cars with less than 24 seats or trucks under 3 tons that are insured for physical damage with Bao Viet and experience a breakdown or accident while in transit, and cannot be repaired on-site, within a 70km radius of a rescue center.

Notes: free roadside assistance is not provided for breakdowns resulting from repair shop errors during test drives, incidents in restricted areas, police pursuits, transportation of prohibited goods, or accidents involving vehicles that have fallen into bodies of water or been buried by landslides.
